The day I met Tessa was the beginning of something truly special. She looked at me with curious eyes — cautious yet full of hope. That first tail wag told me that we were meant to walk this journey together.

Over the next few weeks, we worked on trust, love, and patience. Every small step — from her learning to sit calmly to exploring new spaces — felt like a victory. Watching her confidence grow has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

She reminds me daily that rescue goes both ways - I may have saved her, but in so many ways, she saved me too.
