Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for investing in your pet therapy journey. Because our products are digital assets

delivered instantly via internet download and streaming access, all sales are final.

No Refunds on Digital Products

Once access to a course, digital download, or guide is granted, we cannot offer refunds,

returns, or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you

lose your right of withdrawal or refund immediately upon accessing the digital content.

Exceptional Circumstances

We want you and your pet to have a wonderful experience. We will evaluate refund requests

on a strict case-by-case basis solely under the following conditions:

• Technical Duplication: If you accidentally purchased the exact same course twice

in a single transaction, we will gladly refund the duplicate charge.

• Corrupted Files: If a downloadable digital file is proven to be corrupted or defective,

and our technical support team cannot provide a working replacement file within 5

business days of notification, a refund may be issued.

How to Request Assistance

If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your course materials, please do not

open a dispute with your payment provider. Contact us directly at karen@petluv.co with

your order number, and our team will resolve your access issue within 24–48 hours.
